Terms of Service

- None of my work--regardless of whether or not it is a commission--is to be used as cryptocurrency of any sort. I will not tolerate NFTs and no exceptions will ever be made to this.
- All commissions are intended for personal use only. Art may be sold along with its respective character, but for any commercial / for-profit use, please contact me to inquire about details.
- I require FULL payment before starting any commissions. If ordering an uncolored piece, refunds may only be requested if I have not started your piece yet due to how much quicker these are to complete!
- Reference images for characters are required for all commissions! I will not work based on descriptions alone.
- If I am either uncomfortable with the content of a commission, it is from my "will NOT draw" list, or I feel like I am unable to deliver a piece of proper quality, I am allowed to decline the order or issue a refund.
- I am allowed to use commissioned pieces as a way to promote myself on social media. However, I will always include a disclaimer saying that the character is not my own.
- If you post your commissioned piece anywhere on social media, please credit me by linking back to any of my social media or this carrd site!
- Do not remove my signature from any commissioned pieces. I'll maul you.
- If I have not delivered your commission within a month's time, unless there are outside circumstances preventing me from doing so that have been clearly brought up with the client, I will allow for refunds, regardless of the current progress.

*Depending on the level of detail, I may not feel I can properly portray the character in my style, or it may impact pricing!

Pricing

INCLUDES: Pencil brush, low-opacity rough shading OR pencil stroke shading. Pencil brush may be used to differentiate darker tones such as clothing.* You may pick the lineart/shading color if you'd like, otherwise I will end up choosing based on the character's color palette

INCLUDES: More solid sketch brush, rough coloring, light shading, and a basic 'color-splotch' background* You may choose what you want for the basic background colors, otherwise I will choose based on vibes. If you'd like any additional patterns or designs in this background (e.g. blood splatters, flowers, etc.), this can be done as well!

INCLUDES: Pencil brush sketch with a softer yet textural painting style* If you choose not to add a background/scene elements for this option, a neutral, paper-texture background will be the default

INCLUDES: Unlined painting with rough, blocked-in color.* The default background for these is a blank white or grey background. If you'd like some other color or simple effect/pattern, please let me know as I'm happy to do this for free!

How To Order

Below is a form I'd like commissioners to have filled out and ready when they contact me about ordering! This is just to help avoid any confusion about the piece's content and to make sure bases are covered and I don't miss anything, forget to ask a question, etc., so don't stress about it being perfect!
